Event Alert!! The Last Revolutionary Screening at the Atlanta Bronze Lens Film Festival August 23-27th

If you are or will be in the Atlanta area this week then you are in for a treat! Tomorrow kicks off the screening of the award-winning film The Last Revolutionary, Executive Produced by and Starring John Marshall Jones, globally recognized television, film and stage actor best known for his role as TV Dad Floyd Henderson on the WB’s 1990’s hit sitcom Smart Guy.

Jones’s impressive resume includes over 5 television series, 20 feature films, over 200 television episodic appearances, including Criminal Minds, Rectify, The Mentalist, Hart of Dixie, Battle Creek, Shameless, Glee, Pretty Little Liars Bones, NCIS and the upcoming feature films, RUST CREEK and PAINT IT BLACK.  Now he adds to his repertoire the critically acclaimed feature film The Last Revolutionary, penned by, and also starring multiple award winning screen writer Levy Lee Simon.


The film follows two former Black Panthers whose lives have taken different paths yet collide when confrontation brews as they debate Obama Backlash, the Tea Party, and the path forward for Black America in the age of Trump.

The Last Revolutionary will run at the Atlanta Bronze Lens Film Festival August 23rd through the 27th, and will be held at the Westin Peachtree Hotel in downtown Atlanta.
